my first blog feature
My little shop has been open for about a month and so far I think it is going ok! I’m learning a ton of things about EVERYTHING, like taking photos, marketing strategies, finding a customer base, etc. Most of it is still all a mystery to me, but I think I am really starting to enjoy it all. Best of all, I get to meet fun new people on the forums. I somehow stumbled onto this awesome shop, and I am honored to be featured on alohaokaaina’s blog. June seems to be a pretty slow month for online sales in general, but I’m keeping busy. I have a goal to get to 100 items so my shop is nice and full. More to choose from is always a good thing, right? I’m working on more cloth pads, some drawstring knitting bags, and some kids hats. Now all I have to do is fit it in between keeping the kids entertained and busy, making sure they get enough sun, making dinner, cleaning, you know—all that other stuff! LOL
If you have any suggestions or critiques for my shop I’d love to hear them, good or bad. Believe me, by this time I can handle it.
Now I must stop laughing at my newly turned one year old, who I found crying on top of the kitchen table.
