etsy plug
My etsy shop has been open for a few weeks now, and it has been so much fun learning how to do new things, like making banners, photo editing, stuff like that. One of the best parts of having a shop is getting notice of a sale. First it’s like, “OMG someone wants something I made!!!” then, scrambling around and double checking the contents and addresses a billion times so I don’t make a mistake. I love the satisfaction of dropping the package in the mail and knowing it will be on its way to someone awaiting its arrival. Another plus is that I have stopped eating all the time. I knew that I just wandered into the kitchen and opened the fridge to find something to munch on ALL the time, but it’s been great to just stop and realize that I’m actually hungry before I go get something to put in my mouth. Maybe I’ll lose those 20 lbs after all….ha ha ha
Anyway now that I have overshared about my eating habits, I’d like to advertise this totally cute shop on etsy. Go to alohaokaaina.etsy.com and you will just want to snap everything up. I have to recommend the fabric section, since I am a fabric fiend. I just got this adorable sushi fabric. I’m not sure what I will use it for, but maybe a cloth napkin for my bento box?

Strange I know, but Bullfrog does this cool custom beer pack, (he used to have a wine carrier that was awesome) and I love the leather cuff watches at Radcow. Both of these were great gifts for my BF.
